Mapping the web…

UK SETTLEMENT-SUPPORT NETWORK

Follow the evidence. Choose the right action.

Four public profiles meet the first-release evidence threshold. Each card records the specific link, the organisation's response or limitation, and the route that matches the evidence.

8 September 2026 updateThe government has announced settlement-goods, services/finance and property-advertising restrictions. Implementing legislation was not available at our review cut-off, so these measures are marked announced — pending implementation, not law already in force.
Evidence standardThe Charity Commission's class inquiry is fact-finding and has not named the eight charities initially within scope. Inclusion here is not a finding of illegality. Never threaten, harass, target staff or trustees, or make claims unsupported by the cited evidence.

METHODOLOGY

How to read the web

The visual metaphor is a web, while the underlying model is a directed graph. A record may therefore belong to one principal field and connect to several others.

APrimary or intergovernmental source
BReputable secondary or research source
CCampaign claim, displayed with attribution
DIncomplete hypothesis; withheld from publication

Editorial boundaries

The database does not record ethnicity or religion. People appear only through documented public roles. Inclusion does not establish illegality, intent, control or collective responsibility. Time-sensitive and campaign records carry visible qualifications.

Usage statistics count page loads and interactions in aggregate, including approximate country, device type and referring hostname. No names, IP addresses or persistent visitor identifiers are stored. Do Not Track is respected. Counts are not unique people.
